Louie L Sickles

By the next morning the line had been straightened, with G, F, and E Companies positioned in order from left to right, the enemy holding roughly 300 yards to their front. Division and regimental commanders visited the battalion command post that day as a battalion of the 26th Combat Team passed nearby on the Bayeux road.
